To make the most of your time, we may also take diagnostic records (such as x-rays, photos, and digital scans) right after your exam to help create a plan for a perfect smile.

Insurance & Financing

At Super Braces, our main goal is to make orthodontic care attainable and affordable for all families. Optional payment plans are available, we accept most dental insurance plans, we will work with you to maximize your benefits so your child or teen can get the care they need without stress.

For families without insurance or looking for flexible payment options, we offer our own in-house financing plan (please contact our office for more information). We provide printable Welcome Forms, insurance policy forms, and a guide outlining the expectations for both patients and parents. All forms are available in English and Spanish to ensure every family feels comfortable and informed.

At Super Braces, our goal is to make paperwork easy and straightforward, so your orthodontic journey is smooth from start to finish. To make your first visit super efficient, please print and complete the forms ahead of time and bring them with you to give to our patient coordinator when you arrive.
